*Late enrollment will be prorated. Classes will NOT be prorated for no-shows or late cancellations. Classes will not be prorated for spring break absences.*
$50 annual registration is required by all athletes. The annual fee starts the day the registration fee is paid.
Intro to Allstar
Intro to Allstar is a practice style class that will give a first look to what a practice will be like for our half year teams. Athletes will work on aspects such as tumbling basics, motion placement, jumps and stunting. Ages: 7+.

Routine Performance
Looking to enhance your athletic performance and stand out from the crowd? Our Performance Skills class is designed for athletes who want to take their skills to the next level. Build confidence and learn the essentials of facials, movement, and high-energy performance to deliver a show-stopping and unforgettable routine. Ages: 7+.

Intro to Level 1 Tumbling
[Beginner Level 1]
Intro to Level 1 Tumbling will focus on proper shapes and body control in basic tumbling skills. Athletes will work on training proper technique for skills such as rolls, handstands, and even beginner steps for walkovers. Age: +5 years.

Walkovers
[Level 1]
Walkovers will focus on proper technique for both front walkovers and back walkovers. This class is also great for our athletes working to perfect their technique of their front and back walkovers. Age: +5 years.

Intro to Handsprings
[Level 2]
Intro to Handsprings will focus on the proper shaping of back handsprings and front handsprings. Great for athletes looking to transition from level 1 to level 2 skills, or working to master their single handspring technique Age: +7 years.

Perfecting Advanced Handsprings
[Level 2-3]
Perfecting Adv. Handsprings will focus primarily on Advanced and Elite Level 2 tumbling and Level 3 standing tumbling skills— such as Back Handspring series, Handspring Stepout connections, Flysprings, etc. Age: +7 years.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Standing Back Handspring, Front Handspring, AND Round off Back Handspring

Front Tumbling
[Level 2-3]
Front Tumbling will focus primarily on proper form of Advanced and Elite Level front tumbling of Level 2 and 3— such as Front Handsprings, Flysprings, Punch Fronts etc. Age: +7 years.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Standing Back Handsprings AND Round off Back Handspring
APRIL

Tucks
[Level 3]
Tucks class will focus on all things tucks. Athletes will work on the proper shapes and safety required for Punch Fronts and Running Tucks. This class is meant for athletes transitioning from perfected Elite Level 2 tumbling to Level 3. Age: +7 years.

Tucks to Layouts
[Level 4]
Tucks to Layouts will focus on proper shape, power, and connection required for Level 4 tumbling skills—such as Layouts, Punch Front Stepouts, Whips, and Standing Handsprings to Tucks. This class is meant for athletes mastering their level 3 tumbling and working to progress to level 4 tumbling. Age: +7 years.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Standing Back Handspring (BHS) series, Round off BHS Tuck, AND Punch Front

Twisting
[Level 5&6]
Twisting class will focus on both front and back level 5-6 skills—such as Full Twisting Layouts, Double Fulls, Arabians, etc. This class is meant for athletes transitioning from perfected Level4 tumbling to Level 5 tumbling or Level 5 tumbling to Level 6 tumbling. Age: +7 years.

Jumps
Jumps & Flexibility is a strength based class packed with drills to increase athletes range of motion, power and control. This class is a strength-based class meant to improve flexibility, endurance, and overall technique. Ages: 7+.
*Please note- starting in November, this class will be a 30-minute drop-in style class. Athlete’s will be billed $5 per session attended. Athlete’s should be registered through the portal by the start time of class.

Flight School
Flight School is a class for flyers. Flyers will get hands-on stunting, work flexibility and strength through various drills to improve their skill set. Priority registration will be given to athletes that are currently choreographed flyers at Northern Elite. Age: +5 years.

NEW FOR APRIL: Flight School will be a weekly registration. Registration will open for the following week every Sunday at 11am! This means each session will be for 1-day ONLY when you register.

Flyer Flexibility & Stability
Flyer Flexibility & Stability class will focus on building strength, flexibility, performance, and overall technique required for success in the air. This class is geared towards flyers looking to maximize flexibility and the strength required to maintain proper body awareness while in stunts. Ages: +7 years.
