Camp Structure:
Warm-Up: The camp will begin with a group warm-up to prepare participants for the physical demands of stunting.
Group Split: Participants will then be divided into flyer and basing groups.
Flyer Group: This group will engage in exercises and drills specifically designed to improve flyer strength, conditioning, and technique.
Basing Group: This group will focus on developing the strength, conditioning, and technique required for effective and safe basing.
Individualized Feedback: Coaches will provide personalized tips and feedback throughout the clinic to help each participant identify areas for improvement and refine their skills.
Group Stunting: Towards the end of the camp, participants will come together to practice stunting as a whole group, applying the skills and techniques they have learned.
