Coaches for Northern Elite All Star Teams are certified by AACCA, the National Federation, and USASF (all different National safely certifications with varying rules and regulations). Carin Moore

Director/Founder

Carin comes to Northern Elite with over 19 years of experience in cheerleading, dance and gymnastics. She has cheered at the high school, collegiate, and professional levels and has coached at the high school and all-star levels for over 15 years. Carin has choreographed cheer and dance routines for elementary, high school, All Star and college level teams. She was a former Universal Cheerleading Association Head Instructor and she was the former Head Coach of the cheerleading program at Richfield High School beginning her career there in 1994. Carin created the Northern Elite All Star program in 2001 and has coached many of their former teams. Currently, Carin is coaching the Northern Elite Open Team. Carin is AACCA certified and USASF Certified and is a Certified Judge and Safety Judge for cheer, and has judged the UCA High School National Championship for over 4 years. Carin is also the Wisconsin State Director for the USASF and a USASF Credentialing Instructor.

Dane Campbell

Director and Coach

Dane comes to Northern Elite with over 15 years of cheerleading and tumbling experience. Dane is a former 5 year member and co-captain University of Minnesota Cheer team during which time he won the UPA Partner Stunt Championship in 1997. He is also was the Cheer Coach for the U of M from 2002-2005. He was a former UCA and NCA Camp Staff member and then became the Vice President of Extreme Athletics. In 2005 Dane founded Minnesota Elite Cheer and was owner and head coach through spring of 2008, when MN Elite and Northern Elite merged into one program. Dane has choreographed National Finalist cheer routines for local high school programs, most finishing in the top 10 in the Nation, and he received a 5th Place honor in 2009. Dane currently runs the tumbling programs for over 10 local High School cheer teams along with the Northern Elite teams. Dane is the current All Star Director for the MCCA and is also AACCA and USGA Certified and is a Certified Judge for local and National competitions.

Amanda Braml

Adaptive Program Director/Coach

Amanda started cheering in Illinois in elementary & middle school, and then moved to Minneapolis. Amanda cheered at Orono High School, and competed with a local All Star Team through high school and college. Amanda went to college in Moorhead, Minnesota and cheered for the Dragons for 4 years and led her team to 2 NCA College Nationals. Amanda coached at the high school level for 4 years, and will be starting her 4th year of coaching with the Northern Elite Adaptive Team.

Jesse Bauernhuber

Coach - South

Gymnast for 12 years competed as high as level 10 at Midwest Twisters in Milwaukee, WI. Jesse has been coaching gymnastics for approx ten years with club and High School teams. Jesse taught summer camps for three years with the CWCC. Jesse is a former 3 year member of the UW Oshkosh cheer team. He is also a former University of Minnesota Cheerleader. Jesse is going into his third season as a member of the Northern Elite Open Team.

Ben Fadell

Tumbling Instructor

Ben started cheerleading at Richfield High School, during which time he was a member of the Northern Elite Co-ed team as well. After graduating high school, he went to the University of MN where he was on the Co-ed cheer team for 2 years. Ben has been a tumbling instructor with Extreme Athletics and MN Elite for over 6 years. Ben is a three year member of the Northern Elite Open Team.

Bryan Haese

Coach - North

Bryan is in his second year coaching with Northern Elite All Stars. He also has been coaching the Basketball Cheer Team at the University of Minnesota for three years. Coach Bryan was a member and captain of his high school cheer team for two years in Stoughton, Wisconsin, and then was a member of the University of Minnesota Co-ed Cheer Team for four years and captain his senior year. During Coach Bryan’s time cheering for the Gophers, he was team MVP three times and the co-ed cheer team was ranked first in the region and competed at UCA Nationals each year. He is also the 2007 UPA partner stunt national champion and has won other partner stunt competitions in the Midwest. Coach Bryan completed his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Chemistry at the University of Minnesota and preparing to apply to dental school.

Steve Hogenson

Coach - North

Steve was a 3 year member of his high school cheerleading team, when he joined MN Elite for his Senior year. Steve also joined Northern Elite’s Co-ed team his senior year to travel to Nationals with the team. After high School Steve went to the University of MN where he was a member of the Gopher cheer team for one season. Steve is going into his third season as a member of the Northern Elite Open Team. He is also going into his third season coaching at the Junior All Star level.

Elle Lambert

Coach - North

Elle Lambert has been involved in cheerleading for 10 years, working her way up from the youth/junior team to the senior coed team at Northern Elite and Minnesota Elite. She was also very active on her junior high, and high school sideline teams. Currently she spends time doing choreography and music for schools in the area. In 2007 she started her coaching career as the middle school coach at Saint Ambrose. Elle is getting back into cheering again and will be a part of the Northern Elite Open Team this season.

Nicky McDaniel

Coach - South

Nicky is a former gymnast from Flyways Gymnastics, where she was a member of their program for 10 years. Nicky has been involved in cheer for over 9 years, she is a former Forest Lake cheerleader, and was a part of the Midwest All Stars, and UCC Cheer Teams. Nicky is will be starting her second season on the Northern Elite Open Team this year. Nicky started coaching gymnastics in 2000, and moved into coaching cheerleading at Cheer Factory then to MN Elite, and then finally with Northern Elite. Nicky has been a Massage Therapist for Life Time Fitness since 2007.

Kelsey Pittinger

Coach - North

Kelsey is from Rochester, MN where she was an All Star cheerleader for 7 years. Kelsey is currently a member of the University of MN Co-ed Cheer team. She is majoring in Sociology at the U of M, with a minor in Philosophy. Kelsey is also a member of the Northern Elite Open Team.

Richard Rasmuson

Tumbling Instructor

Rich is a former Edina Hornets cheerleader and a former University of MN cheerleader. Rich has been a tumbling instructor for MN Elite for 3 years and a camp and tumbling instructor for several years with Extreme Athletics. Rich is a second season member of the Northern Elite Open Team.

Amanda Reding

Coach - South

Amanda is in her eighth year of coaching cheerleading, this will be her second year at Northern Elite. Prior to coaching at Northern Elite, she coached both Sideline Cheerleading and Competition Cheerleading squads at Eastview High School. Amanda cheered at both the high school and all star levels, and is currently a member of Northern Elite Open Team. Besides coaching, Amanda is a teacher in St. Paul.

Alicia Snyder

Coach - South

Alicia is returning for her 5th year coaching at Northern Elite All Stars. She comes to the program with over 9 years of cheerleading experience, both at the all-star and high school level. She was a member of the first Northern Elite team in 2001, and has been involved with the program ever since. Alicia started her coaching career with Northern Elite All Stars, co-coaching the Mini team from 2005-2008, Youth team from 2006-2009, and Junior team in 2009. She is coaching the Fury team this season.

Samantha Snyder

Coach - South

Samantha is starting her coaching career at Northern Elite this season. Samantha is a former 4 year member of the Northern Elite program where she was a part of the Junior and Senior Co-ed Teams. She is a graduate of Eagan High school and plans to go to cosmetology school in the spring. Samantha is coaching the new Tiny Team – Flickers, this season.

Jessica Snyder

Coach - South

Jessica has been a member of the Northern Elite program since 2002. She was a member of the first Northern Elite Performance Team. Jessica is the instructor for Northern Elite’s after school cheer programs, and is assistant coaching the new Tiny Team – Flickers, with her sister this season.
