MENTAL STRENGTH TUMBLING CAMP WITH COACH AMANDA

July 1st & 2nd

from 12:00-1:30pm

For athletes ready to conquer mental blocks and reclaim their skills!

This focused camp is designed specifically for athletes who have previously mastered tumbling skills but are now facing hesitation, fear, or mental blocks when trying to perform them. A mental block is any thought or fear, whether conscious or unconscious, that undermines a skill or skills that an athlete has been able to perform several times to near perfection, in multiple venues, and in front of many people.

Through structured drills, guided mental strategies, and positive reinforcement, athletes will work on rebuilding confidence and regaining control of their skills. Our goal is to help participants strengthen their mindset, trust their training, and walk away feeling empowered and ready to tumble with certainty.

This clinic is also ideal for athletes who want to gain a deeper understanding of how to mentally process tumbling skills and break down movement patterns in a way that builds confidence and clarity. It’s not only for overcoming mental blocks—but also for helping prevent them by teaching athletes how to manage fear, understand mechanics, and approach skills with focus and intention.

Please Note: This is not an introductory tumbling class. Athletes should have prior experience with the skills they are working to overcome. Age: +7 years.
