$50 annual registration is required by all athletes. The annual fee starts the day the registration fee is paid.
Tiny Tumbling
[Level 1]
Tiny Tumbling is for our athletes ages 3-6 to learn basic tumbling skills and shapes. Athletes will work to fine-tune their motor skills. Age: 3-6 years.

Intro to Handsprings
[Level 2]
Intro to Handsprings will focus on the proper shaping of back handsprings and front handsprings. Great for athletes looking to transition from level 1 to level 2 skills, or working to master their single handspring technique Age: +7 years.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Front Walkovers AND Back Walkovers

Twisting
[Level 5&6]
Twisting class will focus on both front and back level 5-6 skills—such as Full Twisting Layouts, Double Fulls, Arabians, etc. This class is meant for athletes transitioning from perfected Level4 tumbling to Level 5 tumbling or Level 5 tumbling to Level 6 tumbling. Age: +7 years.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Standing Back Handspring (BHS) Tuck AND Round off BHS Layout

Flyer Flexibility & Stability
Flyer Flexibility & Stability class will focus on building strength, flexibility, performance, and overall technique required for success in the air. This class is geared towards flyers looking to maximize flexibility and the strength required to maintain proper body awareness while in stunts. Ages: +7 years.

Intro to Level 1 Tumbling
[Beginner Level 1]
Intro to Level 1 Tumbling will focus on proper shapes and body control in basic tumbling skills. Athletes will work on training proper technique for skills such as rolls, handstands, and even beginner steps for walkovers. Age: +5 years.

Perfecting Advanced Handsprings [Level 2-3]
Perfecting Adv. Handsprings will focus primarily on Advanced and Elite Level 2 tumbling and Level 3 standing tumbling skills— such as Back Handspring series, Handspring Stepout connections, Flysprings, etc. Age: +7 years.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Standing Back Handspring, Front Handspring, AND Round off Back Handspring

Jumps & Flexibility
Jumps & Flexibility is a strength based class packed with drills to increase athletes range of motion, power and control. This class is a strength-based class meant to improve flexibility, endurance, and overall technique. Ages: 7+.

Intro to Walkovers will focus on proper technique for both front walkovers and back walkovers. Age: +5 years.

Tucks
[Level 3]
Tucks class will focus on all things tucks. Athletes will work on the proper shapes and safety required for Punch Fronts and Running Tucks. This class is meant for athletes transitioning from perfected Elite Level 2 tumbling to Level 3. Age: +7 years.

Flight School
Flight School is a class for flyers. Flyers will get hands-on stunting, work flexibility and strength through various drills to improve their skill set. Priority registration will be given to athletes that are currently choreographed flyers at Northern Elite. Age: +5 years.

Perfecting Elite L1 Tumbling [Advanced Level 1]
Perfecting Elite L1 Tumbling will focus on all of the Elite tumbling skills— such as Valdez, Switch leg Walkovers, Series Walkovers, etc.— necessary for advanced Level 1 athletes. Age: +5 years.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Back Walkover AND Front Walkover

Tucks to Layouts
[Level 4]
Tucks to Layouts will focus on proper shape, power, and connection required for Level 4 tumbling skills—such as Layouts, Punch Front Stepouts, Whips, and Standing Handsprings to Tucks. This class is meant for athletes mastering their level 3 tumbling and working to progress to level 4 tumbling. Age: +7 years.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Standing Back Handspring (BHS) series, Round off BHS Tuck, AND Punch Front
